Variable Support Supervisor

Variable Support Supervisor

Responsible for supporting maintenance/housekeeping/mobile equipment on all three shifts as needed, as well as various project support as required. This position will support maintenance, truck repair and sanitation teams on multiple shifts as needed. Scheduled Work week is Sunday through Thursday. Work Schedule will fluctuate when needed.

PROFICIENCIES


Responsible for the following Support Personnel and Vendor network:

Supervise Tradesmen, Electrician, Millwright, Machine Repair, Pipefitter & Truck RepairVendor Manager for OEM and outside service coordinationSupervise housekeeping services.Experience with Team cleaning.Collaborate with Operations Team for Maintenance, Repair, and Machine upgrades to maximize life cycle of critical equipment.Mechanical Systems Diagnosis and Repair experienceExperience with Pumps, Motors, dock doors and hydraulics.Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, and other Operating SystemsKnowledge of SAP

GMS Process for Global Facilities TeamVendor Management Safety Contract ManagementMaximo and Corrigo Work Order ManagementPlanned, reactive, and predictive maintenance processes.Facilities Interruptions for planned or reactive maintenanceWeekend and Holiday Shutdown Maintenance Planning End-of-Shift ReportingCritical Spare Parts Management
