We are hiring a Van Driver to join our dynamic care team at Berkshire Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Sandisfield! The van driver is responsible for transporting residents to and from necessary appointments. Education and Experience: + High school diploma or its equivalent preferred. + CNA license preferred. Duties and Responsibilities: + Transfer residents to and from doctor's appointments and other necessary appointments. + Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report. Specific Requirements: + Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. + Must possess appropriate state license for operating a van and posses a valid driver's license in Massachusetts. + Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. + Must be able to communicate effectively to appropriate personnel regarding emergency situations.
