What will be your exposure?

Participate in a variety of properties valuations projects and advisory services assignments of our renowned corporate clientsShadow data-driven practice with senior peers by taking part in professional class market research, market analysis and production of valuation reportsCollaborate closely with our professional teams to execute high standard of valuation quality controlContribute in enrichment and maintenance of the valuation databank

 What are we looking for?

Degree or above in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines1-year relevant working experience is preferredKnowledge in property market and effective data collection abilityStrong analytical skill and sensitive with numbersExcellent time management and deadline orientatedWell organized, attentive to details and ability to work under pressureGood command of English and Chinese (Putonghua), both spoken and writtenOutstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply and may be considered as Assistant Valuer
