In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead and drive improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles, optimizing efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing overall productivity across operations Direct management of salaried employees Leading all aspects of inventory management to ensure efficient stock levels Master Scheduling and Production Planning Providing outstanding customer service and support Managing projects from inception to completion Build and implement tactical plans to achieve business requirements Coordinate and connect with all levels of the organization, including formal and informal presentations Develop partnerships with departments within and outside of the plant. Determine the skill gaps of subordinates by developing training programs, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining resource alignment For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelors Degree in relevant field, preferred 7+ experience in functional and/or operational business roles. Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with the ability to encourage, mentor, and guide teams toward achieving individual and organizational goals. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, enabling effective decision-making and problem-solving under stress. Prior manufacturing experience preferred, with a strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and operational efficiency. Technical problem-solving skills ISO 9002 experience desired Experience working in a union environment preferred Supervisory Requirements: Work Environment / Conditions: Must spend considerable time on shop floor and follow all safety rules Physical Demands: Ability to move throughout office and shop floor areas including climbing stairs.
