As our business shifts from a transactional to contractual sales motion, we need to understand the Managed Print Services competitive market and system-level pricing strategies for successful growth. This role requires a strong background in business analytics and consulting to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to influence contractual pricing strategies and key business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Partnering with Marketing, Finance, R&D, Category and others to improve HP’s position in the market for Hardware, Supplies pricing and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)Work with Partner Business Managers (PBMs), Bid Desk Managers (BDMs) and other channel-focused business partners to expand our knowledge of pricing strategies in contractualResponsible for designing and managing competitive pricing benchmark analytics for new product introductions (NPI), supporting FPMs and Canon Alliance team in pricing negotiationsDemonstrated leadership potential and the ability to work closely and collaboratively with a variety of global teamsEducation:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related fieldExperience & Knowledge:
3+ years of experience in Print technology with demonstrated understanding of contractual marketAdvanced technical skills in Excel, SQL, or Python and familiarity with Business Intelligence Tools such as PowerBI or TableauBasic understanding of Product Lifecycle (PLC)Recommended Skills:
Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis and problem-solving skillsStrong communication, leadership, consulting, influence and negotiation skillsSolid understanding of business planning methods and business acumenExcellent presentation skills with the ability to design reports and tell the story behind the numbers with little direction from managementProject/Program Management experience desiredThe base pay range for this role is $82,800 to $125,050 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
