+ GENERAL DESCRIPTION + A valet attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure. The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to each guest. + EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS + High School Diploma or GED required. + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL), Class C with Passenger Endorsement driver license proper. + Must be able to be covered by BCHC auto liability insurance. + Must have the ability to read, write and speak English and perform basic arithmetic calculations. + WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS + Minimum of 2 years driving experience with no record of DUI, DWI or similar alcohol or drug related offenses over the past 2 years. In addition, there will be no record of reckless driving, careless driving, speeding over 15 miles above the speed limit, fleeing or eluding a police officer, chemical test refusal, leaving the scene of an accident, driving after revocation or suspension, or passing a stopped school bus in the last 2 years is required. + Ability to drive vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions.
