The Guest Services Agent (Valet) is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service during the arrival and departure process for guests, including greetings, parking and retrieval of vehicles, delivery and storage of luggage and complete attention and assistance to all guests.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Warmly greeting all guests Assisting guests with luggageCompleting parking forms to include physical vehicle inspection Parking guest’s vehicles in a safe mannerRetrieval of vehicles in an urgent mannerIn-room deliveries of amenities.
HOTEL SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
Delivery of newspapers and express check-out folios to guestroomsStaging cars for departuresKeeping guest’s keys secure at all itemsAmple knowledge of property layout, activities, outlets and hours of operation
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or managerAssist in other departments as neededAttend monthly departmental meetings
TOOLS/EQUIPMENT:
