Job Title VACO Program Manager Education Bachelor's Degree Job Type Full-time Job Classification Salaried Salary Grade $100,000.00 - $112,000.00 Location Washington, DC US (Primary) Travel Job Description The Program Manager manages all Contractor employees for a large on-site deskside support programs, including tracking labor use, submitting labor reports, and ensuring timely submission deliverables in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Program Manager also maintains customer relationships and is the single point of contact for the program. Responsibilities + Communicate regularly with the Government COR, PM and CO and customers to ensure program and mission success + Supervise and assist with all deskside support tasks + Build long-term relationships with pertinent stakeholders + Supervise and review the work of employees and subcontractors + Lead and contribute to programs to meet objectives Qualifications + Possess knowledge of the program acquisition life cycle process, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), requirements, policies, procedures, cost, and scheduling + Experience managing projects and ensuring communication and timely deliverables + Experience using ServiceNow + Past experience on Department of Veterans Affairs projects is a plus
