Job Description
The Customer Service Manager oversees a team of Desktop Support Engineers providing technical support for desktops and laptops, including account administration, MS Exchange support, PKI assistance, device imaging and deskside support.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee Desktop Support Team
+ Provide Knowledge Management
+ Write Self Help Documentation
+ Lead the Escalation Process
+ Create ServiceNow tickets for all customer requests for service and/or assistance.
+ Provide Move, Add and Change (MAC) Support
Qualifications
+ Management Experience on Similar Programs
+ Experience Providing On-Site Desktop Support
+ Experience working with Customers
+ Experience using ServiceNow
+ ITIL Certification is a Plus
+ Past experience on Department of Veterans Affairs projects is a plus
