Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughsAs V&V Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for conducting verification and validation activities for our products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to our V&V Manager and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products by conducting thorough testing and analysis. You will collaborate with design engineers to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvements. Your work will contribute to the successful launch of new products and the continuous improvement of existing ones. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Conduct verification and validation activities for products and systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction • Perform testing and analysis to identify potential issues and recommend improvements • Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and reliability • Document test plans, procedures, and results • Support the development of test automation tools and processesYOU MUST HAVE• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Attention to detail• Excellent communication (English) and collaboration skills• Knowledge of SDLC and TDLCWE VALUE• Experience with manual and automated testing and scripting with tools such as Jira, Python and/or Xray• Experience with globally distributed teams• Experience with verification and validation activities• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations• Experienced in Mobile application (desired in Testing or Software Development)Additional InformationJOB ID: req470056Category: EngineeringLocation: Av.
