Our client is searching for UX/UI Designer Intermediate to join their expanding team The UX/UI Designer will be required to analyse recommend propose and develop ways to consistently improve the UXUI and usability offered through the companys websites/projects within established policies processes and guidelines
Key Performance Areas
To deliver outputs in line with the business requirements by interpreting brief requirements and formulating design solutions accordingly
To liaise with all relevant departments in order to improve systems procedures and processes in terms of service delivery and cost reduction
UX/UI analysis on business requirements and systems
Solution design Interface design Proof of concept Mockups
Story boarding User journeys Wireframing & Prototyping
Project documentation reporting technical specifications
Fontend implementation of proposed designs and solution
Browser and device testing
Investigate frontend bugs errors and issues
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/ Matric
Tertiary qualification in Multimedia design / Graphic design is essential
3 years experience in UX/UI Design or Web Design Essential as shown in a digital portfolio or with links to developed websites
Without a tertiary qualification a prospective candidate should have 5 years experience in UX/UI Design or Web Design Essential as shown in a digital portfolio or with links to developed websites
Experience in Graphic Design is desirable
Candidates should also have had exposure to the following
Digital media
Design principals and processes
Web/UI principles and design implementation process
UX best practices
Solution Design Prototyping & Wireframing
Responsive and Mobile interface design
Frontend coding such as CSS & HTML Bootstrap Javascript JQuery
Design/Prototyping applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud
