We are looking for a Designer with robust experience in UX/UI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that showcases their design capabilities and experience in creating user-centric designs.
Qualifications:
+4 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision).
Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
Visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Experience leveraging innovative platforms and creating reusable components.
Proficient with creating design systems and establishing design principles.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Experience using Storybook, Html and CSS is a plus but not required.
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Strong communication skills to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance product usability.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Create and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistent user experiences across all platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
