What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with senior researchers, designers and product managers to gather insights that inform and enhance the user experience. More specifically, you’ll:
Contact and schedule participants for research sessions.Assist in planning and conducting studies, including surveys, interviews and usability testing.Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative user data.Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights.Present research findings to design and product teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into design/development.Document and tag activities, methodologies and findings in our research repository.Learn research methods and techniques from your mentors and team leaders.
Who You Are
A curious individual, you have a passion for understanding user behavior. You also have the following:
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years’ experience in a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesProficiency in using research tools and software.Basic understanding of UX design principles.
Preferred:
Previous experience in user research, including internships or academic research.Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.A strong desire to learn from and teach others.
