Key Responsibilities:

Conduct qualitative user research using various methodologies. (Ex. In-depth interviews, concept validation testing, surveys, focus groups, usability studies)Develop and deliver research outputs such as research project plans, discussion guides, findings presentation decks, persona cards, user scenarios, jobs to be done, heuristic analysis, detailed research reports, usability test findings, experience maps or service blueprints, and customer journey mapsCollaborate with and bring along multi-disciplinary teams in UX research initiativesGather and shape research objectives from various stakeholdersPlan and conduct varied and impactful research studiesAnalyze and synthesize findings into actionable business and experience insightsCommunicate research insights clearly, credibly, and persuasivelyOccasionally facilitate design thinking exercises with internal customer teamsCollaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Design Strategists, UX Designers, and business leads to validate ideas and inform product decisionsPartner with other UX researchers on the team as needed, including to inform and test a new usability scorecard for AgentsParticipate in weekly sprint planning and related Agile ceremonies, including creating, tracking, and managing their own UX Research work on a shared Agile sprint board

Qualifications:

Proven experience in UX research and related methodologies.Strong in qualitative and some minor quantitative research methods.Strong analytical skills to interpret research data and deliver actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong workshop facilitation and ability to translate research insights into recommendations.Comfortable working in the following or similar Salesforce-approved tools: Slack, Google Workspace, LucidSpark, Figma/Figjam, etcModerate to fluent understanding of AI capabilities, including GPT and Agentic use cases (both as tools to complete their own delivery work, and also from an industry & emerging tech capability perspective, to potentially include in research studies)(Preferred but not required) Previous experience using  UserTesting.com  or UserZoom to run moderated and unmoderated studies
