UX Designer
Description We are offering a 6-month contract employment opportunity for a Senior UX Designer. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading the design of our application experiences for both our customers and internal users. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create a world-class user experience by taking a holistic human-centered approach. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric UX Designer to lead the design of innovative application experiences for both customers and internal users. This is a unique opportunity to reimagine the future of the post-sales customer experience. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for user needs, taking a holistic, human-centered design approach to deliver seamless and enjoyable user experiences that align with inclusive design principles. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover, define, and create innovative products that delight customers while improving internal team efficiency. Key Responsibilities: + Customer-Centered Design: Engage with internal Services Teams to understand user needs and design workflows and products that meet those needs effectively. Define problems, establish success metrics, and align stakeholders on iterative solutions through testing and feedback. + Vision & Execution: Contribute to shaping the vision for the Services Teams by delivering well-designed solutions that address the core challenges of both customers and users. Maintain accountability for achieving project goals and results. Requirements + Strong ability to deliver thoughtful, user-centered designs that address complex challenges and provide delightful user experiences. + Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and other designers, in an agile workflow. + Experience using Figma. + Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the capacity to align diverse perspectives on problem-solving strategies. + A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, improving processes, and advocating for higher design standards. + Open-mindedness to share and iterate on work, with the ability to actively seek and incorporate constructive feedback.
