Clarivate is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team of UX Design. It is an exciting time to be part of a local fast pace growing design community within a bigger globally distributed team, working on IP products and infusing change in the organization!

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences for our users across multiple platforms of IPMS/PAMS products (Intellectual Patent Management System, Patent Annuity, Lifecycle management )… This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.

 

About you experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a design-related field such as HCI, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design. 3+ years of experience in user experience design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex projects across multiple platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma. Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

It would be great if you also had:

Experience designing B2B Enterprise software and workflow dedicated applications.

What will you be doing in this role:

Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and visual designers, to create and deliver user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms. Conduct data-based user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms. Stay up to date with emerging design trends, technologies, and tools and apply them to design solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the development of product roadmaps and feature sets.Comfortable operating in a virtual design center of excellence where you share your work, are open to feedback and contribute back to the community to help grow the team expertise.
