A day in the life
At Amazon Music, our Copy Strategy team thinks big, but loves little details. We’re fans of audio content (music, podcasts, and now...audiobooks!) and we let fandom drive the work and pursuit of the best customer experience. As a UX Copywriter, you’ll work cross-functionally to guide customers through the Amazon Music landscape. You will craft concise and approachable content that addresses pain points, highlights key product features, and instructs and educates at the right moments, ensuring tone of voice and brand standards are appropriate throughout.
