BILH is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our Hospital at Home program

Job Description:

The Advanced Practitioner (AP) is responsible for providing high-quality care to acutely hospitalized patients admitted to the Hospital at Home team. The AP will lead the care team to perform the initial patient evaluations and assessments and will collaborate with the attending physician and Command Center staff to develop and implement an acute plan of care for continued inpatient care within the patient's own home. The ideal candidate will have: At least two years of inpatient AP experience  Flexibility and comfort with a changing and dynamic work environment while caring for patients in the hospital, virtually, and in the home as neededThe ability to leverage strong clinical acumen to interpret and problem solve quickly with well-articulated action planning Strong verbal/written communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and strong empathy to deliver compassionate, patient centered care Besides working with a collaborative and talented team, the perks also include benefits that start day 1, $2,000 yearly to put towards CME, competitive Earned Time package, and so much more! Diversity is a core value at Beth Israel Lahey Health.
