Position Summary: 
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in Mill department of Rice Mill.

Job Responsibilities:  
Duties include but are not limited to:Assist Miller in maintenance and sanitation of machineryMaintain neat and clean work stationRotate shifts weeklyCommunicate well with colleagues/Management efficientlyEnsuring safe operationsEnforcement of all ADM policies and proceduresAssist in completing JSA’s Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.Promotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesAbility to manage a diverse teamAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationAssist in development of SOP’s and Work InstructionsTrain new hiresCan work overtime each dayAll other duties assigned by management Qualifications Ability work under pressure, well with othersGood attendance.Basic Computer skillsMust not be afraid of heightsMust have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures Respectful, positive attitudeStrong work ethicMust be self-motivatedMust possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skillsBilingual is a plusADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
