Your contributions include: + **Cleaning** : Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting restrooms, windows, and other surfaces. + **Waste Collection** : Collecting trash and recyclables from various areas within the plant and ensuring proper disposal. + **Pest Control** : Communicating findings, neutralizing pests, and sanitizing affected areas. + **Physical Tasks** : Demonstrating physical stamina by lifting and carrying heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and operating processing equipment. + **Attention to Detail** : Following instructions precisely to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. + **Team Collaboration** : Working independently or as part of a team to meet cleaning and maintenance standards. + **Flexibility** : Being available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on business needs. + **Transportation Skills** : Forklift operation experience is preferred but not required. **What You Will Bring** A desire to drive your future and grow your career.
