**Job Description:**
We are seeking a diligent **PMCM Utilities Inspector** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility inspection, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inspection tasks simultaneously.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Inspect utility installations, including water, sewer, gas, and electrical systems, to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
+ Monitor construction activities and verify that work is performed according to approved plans and standards.
+ Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports.
+ Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
+ Conduct site visits and inspections regularly to monitor progress and quality.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of inspection procedures and protocols.
+ Manage inspection documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility inspection or related field.
+ Proven track record of conducting inspections for utility projects.
+ Strong knowledge of utility systems, construction methods, and regulations.
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in inspection and project management software.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Certification in utility inspection or related field.
+ Experience with PMCM services.
+ Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
