What you'll doThe Service Manager for the Cruise Division reports to the US Sr director of Service Operations and is responsible for leading the Field Service Team to service our customers in the cruise industry, ensuring the proper delivery of our value proposition. This includes maintaining service level agreements and achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
What key responsibilities you'll haveResponsible for the service model in the cruise division to deliver the expected cleaning program/value proposition, ensuring service level agreements and high satisfaction levels. Plan and execute strategies to achieve high compliance levels in our contracts (SLAs) and program performance.Maintain excellent communication with customers and stakeholders. Manage daily service operations for the cruise division, ensuring service and results on each vessel following their itinerary.Optimize the Diversey program through continuous improvement initiatives in all application areas.Support the cruise sales organization in cross-selling and developing new opportunities (Infection Prevention, Food Service, Housekeeping, Laundry, Water Treatment, and Pools). Manage time and projects effectively to ensure successful rollouts. Oversee third-party installations. Full accountability for cruise service program costs and budget management. Develop skills and competencies within the team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience on each visit to all application areas sold. Ensure proper reporting on visits conducted and closing open cases. Foster a sense of urgency and prompt response to service requests. Support field activities, including preventative maintenance, service calls, corrective actions, quality audits and installations as required to ensure safety aspects and SOPs are in place. Maintain proper inventories on each vessel and Technician’s storage locations to ensure dosing and dispensing equipment repairs as needed. What qualifications we requireHigh school diploma with at least 7 years of sales/service experience in the institutional market, or a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of sales/service experience in the institutional market.Proficient in using the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).Experience managing service teams. Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel 75% of the time, including weekends. Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds Strong work ethics, presentation skills, performance management capabilities, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to service excellence.Technical knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, chemistry, and electronics. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Professional attitude with self-motivation.
