To build and maintain relationships for the purposes of reciprocally managing expectations, sharing knowledge, diverse insights and motivates the User Experience resources to ensure the User Experience ecosystem throughout the group operates effectively

Are you someone who can:

Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.Plan and measure the overall workflow of the studio design team and ensure all deadlines are met.Ensure a consistent user experience across the FirstRand sites with the help of defined usability standards and additional resources available.Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation.Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives.Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.Manages risks in own area of responsibility.Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards.Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Minimum: IT Diploma, B Com Information Systems, BSC Eng, BSC Informatics or related degree.
