Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a UX | UI User Experience & Interface Designer - Mobile + Web to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be expected to conduct user research, design user-friendly interfaces, and stay updated on industry trends. Responsibilities: • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements • Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and workflows • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications • Create high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement • Analyze user feedback and make data-driven design decisions to enhance overall user experience • Facilitate focus groups to test and observe interaction with the product • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development • Implement innovative design solutions to enhance the overall quality of our digital products • Utilize various design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD for creating designs • Work in an Agile Scrum environment and participate in UAT testing to ensure the efficacy of the designs. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in UX | UI User Experience & Interface Design, preferably in both Mobile and Web environments. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD is required. • Experience in Android Development is essential. • Knowledge and experience in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to drive Brand Awareness in the digital space. • Must have a solid understanding of CSS. • Experience in UAT Test, UAT Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is necessary. • Familiarity with User Centered Design principles. • Experience in User Experience Research and User Experience Research (UX Research) is necessary. • Must have experience in User Testing. • Ability to Create Workflows, User Personas, and Journey Maps. • Experience in creating Wireframes is a must. • Applicants must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing their work in the above-mentioned areas.
