Americas User Engagement Team Associate

The person will be in charge of providing support via chat, tickets and call backs related to Accounts Payable & Purchasing, to our internal and external users and suppliers.

The person will be part of the lead team that provides support via chat, tickets and call backs related to Accounts Payable & Purchasing, to our internal and external users and suppliers. This person will be the expert among the group, working on interventions, escalations, process improvement proposals and aligning the various processes within the group.

Job Qualifications

Technical degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced English proficiency.

Portuguese Skill (Written and Oral) - optional

Customer Service Oriented

Teamwork
