Walmart+ InHome delivers fresh groceries from your local Walmart directly into your kitchen or garage fridge. Walmart+ InHome is currently live in several markets and expanding nationally. This is a large & growing area for Walmart as it expands its role in helping make customers’ lives simpler and saving them time & money every day.

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager to lead initiatives that will define the Walmart+ and Walmart+ InHome growth strategy and drive future growth of the program. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This individual must be a team player and must be able to collaborate with and influence partners across the organization.

What you’ll do…

Own and execute strategies across the Membership Engagement and Retention domain, specifically InHome plus-up membership and broader Walmart+ member segmentation strategiesFormulate hypotheses and frame deep-dives that bring forth insights and accelerate our strategic engagement and retention flywheelIdentify, define, scope, and prioritize strategic areas of research to inform businesses cases and decision makingCollaborate with business, marketing, product, operations, analytics, finance, etc. stakeholders to inform strategic approaches, tests design, roadmap, success metrics, and reportingDevelop deep understanding of customer cohorts, motivation, and member journey to deliver targeted strategies

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
