Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria. **Job Title** : Quality Specialist II(Pharmaceutical Industry) **Location** : Hybrid, Framingham, MA (Relocation at own expense) **Pay** : $40-45/hr **Duration** : 1 year temp to perm **Experience Requirements** : + 3-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with flexibility for candidates with slightly less experience. + Minimum of 2 years in a pharmaceutical setting, with at least 1 year in a quality-focused role. **Education Requirements** : + **Preferred** : Master’s degree (M.S. or MBA) with 2 years of pharmaceutical or GMP experience, including at least 1 year in a quality role. + **Alternative** : Bachelor’s degree in a Science field with 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment, including 2 years in a quality role. **Key Qualifications** : + **Core Skills** : Attention to detail, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills. + **Bonus Skills** : Project management experience, knowledge of EU and FDA regulatory standards, GMP compliance, and aseptic processing expertise. **Responsibilities** : + Review and approve GMP documents, including batch records, analytical specifications, validation protocols, and Certificates of Analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. + Organize and maintain project deliverables, supporting efficient project workflows with external partners. + Proactively identify and communicate quality risks, balancing project objectives with business goals. + Participate in deviation management, risk assessments, and change control processes in alignment with SOPs and quality standards. + Represent Quality on CMC Quality sub-teams for assigned projects, promoting collaboration and alignment with project and quality objectives. **Pay Details:** $40.00 to $45.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
