This role involves troubleshooting, analysing data, and improving testing techniques while working independently on complex assignments. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct and improve testing procedures for systems and software. + Diagnose and resolve technical issues during testing. + Collaborate with engineering teams to address product issues. + Maintain detailed testing records and reports. + Support and guide junior team members as needed. **Qualifications:** + Associate’s degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years in testing or a related role. + Expertise in electro-mechanical systems and software testing. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
