. **** PAY RATE: $21/hr** **1st shift hours regularly are 6:30am-3pm. Over time for 10 hrs. employees come in at 4:30am** **KEY RESPONSIBILITES** **• Monitor machine to perform a variety of Machine Injection and Compression Press processes which will result in electrical safety products.** **• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.** **• Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues.** **• Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.** **• Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements.** **• Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively.** **• Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.** **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
