This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a US HRBP Manager
We are hiring for a US HRBP Manager to support US based employees and managers.
Partnership with Line Management. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)
Analytics and Reports. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
US Legal and Compliance. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Data Audits. Reviews and aligns HRIS records on organization updates or changes, consistently auditing information to ensure it is up to date and accurate.
Performance Management Processes. Provide support and guidance to employees and people managers, and help ensure managers are timely with their performance management submissions; coordinate and conduct calibration meetings, including record keeping and tracking of employee performance status.
Project Management. Manage HR projects related to org dev, HR programs, etc.
Collaborates cross functionally. Works with People Operations, US HRBP, Legal and compliance on HR processes such as relocation/mobility movements and immigration approvals, exit interviews, etc.
Leadership meetings. Regularly meets with respective managers/leaders in assigned business units and attends manager staff meetings. Cascades relevant HR updates.
Other responsibilities: Perform administrative or non-administrative duties and responsibilities assigned by any of the Companyʼs representatives from time to time through direct written order or verbal assignment.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience, with extensive labor relations experience, HR generalist background, and organizational development expertise.
Experience supporting US-based business leaders and employees, and knowledge of US
employment law.
Familiar with compensation, organizational development, and payroll processes as well as HR Systems (Workday).
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, any field.
Desired Qualifications:
Communication skills. Can communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Tools Experience. Familiarity with HR Systems including Workday and any relevant tools
Headcount experience. Experience in managing at least 500 FTEs is a must.
Shift. Willing to work on night shift
Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas
