US Commission Management Sales - Vice President
Be at the forefront of client relations and commission management in a dynamic and client-facing role that supports our Global Equities business. Your expertise will help shape the future of our client engagement strategies. As a key member of the Client Relation Management function, you will play a crucial role in managing US Soft$/CCA business, ensuring compliance with SEC 28e Safe Harbor requirements, and fostering strong client relationships. Your work will directly impact our ability to service both US and Canadian clients across global products. **Job responsibilities:** + Lead US Commission Management sales efforts as part of the Client Relation Management function, supporting the Global Equities business. + Manage the US Soft$/CCA business, ensuring compliance with SEC 28e Safe Harbor requirements for US and Canadian clients. + Collaborate with business and client coverage teams to identify opportunities and oversee the onboarding process for new CSA accounts. + Partner with sales trading, research sales, and prime businesses to promote the CSA business through education and tools. + Ensure governance and compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing operational support functions and account management. + Serve as the point of contact for CSA-related escalations, identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating issues to senior management as needed. + Engage with internal stakeholders across sales, trading, operations, legal, and compliance, leveraging strong communication skills. + Maintain client relationships and engagement, ensuring responsiveness to changes and feedback while prioritizing key accounts. + Develop external relationships with Third Party Aggregators to support business engagement. + Collaborate with the broader CRM group on account profitability reviews, research payment management, and client strategy. + Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry approaches related to commission management in the US. + Liaise with desk heads for business reviews, deficit management, and commission rate approvals. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + Ideally, experience in commission management. + Self-starter with resourcefulness and strong communication skills. + Strong relationship-building skills and client networking abilities. + Commercial acumen and a control mindset. + Effective time management and prioritization skills. **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + Familiarity with regulatory regime changes and industry approaches. + Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and regions.
