**Description** Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative CO-OP student to join the U.S. Office of Sustainable Development in Ridgefield/Danbury CT. As a CO-OP student, you will provide program management leadership and support as we work to implement projects and initiatives that support the attainment of the United Nations Sustainability goal as outlined in Boehringer’s ESG model called Sustainable Development for Generations. Specifically, this position will assume project leadership duties and/or support for work efforts under Boehringer’s More Green, More Health, and More Potential pillars. This may/will include project scope identification, KPI identification, data collection, process mapping and improvements, data storage strategies, initiative prioritization, stakeholder identification and communication, risk identification, and project timeline oversight. In addition to working with the US Office, the CO-OP student may/will have the opportunity to work across and in collaboration with business leaders who’s efforts support sustainability. Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employees **Duties & Responsibilities** Partner with the SD4G program/project leads to: + Develop and manage project plans to determine scope, milestones, and KPIs + Identify and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver on program/project goals + Perform internal and external research to collect intelligence on project, and associated best practices + Identify risks and mitigation plans as needed + Develop communication and change management plans as needed + Provide regular oversight and reporting of progress **Requirements** + Must be a current undergraduate, graduate, or advanced degree student in good academic standing + Student must be enrolled at a college or university for the duration of the COOP + Overall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferred + Major or minor in related field (e.g., Business Management, MBA, Environmental Science) **Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities:** + Organizational & project management skills + Excellent communication, both written and oral + Time management + Stakeholder engagement/management + Agility and flexibility + Ability to conduct independent research + Passion for sustainability **Eligibility Requirements:** + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. + Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required) + Must be 18 years of age or older **Compensation Data** This position offers an hourly rate of $20.00 - $33.00 USD / hr. commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled.
