Qualifications + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of a School of Surgical Technology, preferred. + Experience: Minimum of two years medical office experience and minimum of two years clinical research data management experience, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: + Current Surgical Tech certification or exp required; Annual UAP agreement with provider; Certified Urology Associate; CITI - Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative; BLS, preferred. + Annual UAP Agreement with Provider, preferred. + BLS, required.
