Job Title: After-School Behavior Technician
Location: Boys and Girls Club, Orange County, CA
Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Shifts are available Monday through Friday.
Pay Rate: $18-$21/hour
Job Description: We are looking for passionate and dedicated Instructional Aides to join our after-school program team. The ideal candidate will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our students. Key responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with homework, organizing activities, managing behaviors, and ensuring the well-being of all participants.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and implementing daily after-school program activities. Develop and encourage age-appropriate learning and socialization to boost children’s development Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the program. Maintain a safe and positive environment for the children. Help children with homework and school assignments. Provide tutoring and academic support as needed. Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and behavior. Participate in staff meetings and trainings. Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility Prepare and distribute snacks or meals following health and safety guidelines.
