ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a high-end medical or surgical practice.Manage patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management systems.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues.Perform data entry and billing tasks accurately and efficiently.Handle front desk operations, including answering patient calls and scheduling appointments.Assist with office management and marketing initiatives, including social media activities.Essential SkillsStrong customer service and administrative experience.Familiarity with EMR and practice management systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Additional Skills & QualificationsSmart & Articulate: Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.Business-Savvy: Understand the operational needs of a high-end medical practice.Hands-On & Proactive: Willing to answer phones, assist with scheduling, and support the team.Team-Oriented: Work well with others, contributing to a positive workplace culture.Detail-Oriented & Organized: Manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.No ‘Not My Job’ Attitude: Take ownership of responsibilities and help where needed.Work Environment
On-site office setting with working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. This long-term role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end plastic surgery office.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.70 - $35.60/hr.
