**Job Description:**
Global Payment Solutions (GPS) provides liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange, and commercial card services to three million small businesses, thousands of middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and governments around the world.
As a Product Manager in the India Trade Product team, you will work as part of a team to successfully deliver the product strategy to India clients covering various client segments. Your role will include product development and commercialization, driving assets and revenue growth, cost management, risk management, meet and consult with clients towards client solutioning, active engagement with key stakeholders including compliance, operations, technology, legal etc.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage in-country products / solutions in terms of development, maintenance and active commercialization
+ Engage with various stakeholders i.e., Sales, Corporate Treasury, Finance, Operations and Services to deliver on planned revenues and core driver growth year on year across client segments
+ Build and maintain positive working relationships with key local and regional business partners
+ Maintain overall product line knowledge, and stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes (from the government, industry and banking associations) and competitive offerings
+ Manage BAU product with product competitor gap analysis, client pricing and P&L analysis
+ Be responsible for the P&L of the products being managed
+ Work closely with sales teams in structuring client centric solutions for deals and RFPs
+ Help ensure client deals (standard and non-standard) meet risk & compliance guidelines
+ Develop product-training materials and sales tools
+ Provide training to Sales and other business partners, as needed
+ Maintain a thorough understanding of all associated drivers and metrics
+ Identify and pre-qualify new ideas with India Trade Product head, provide subject matter expertise to new product development throughout the development life-cycle, as needed
+ Maintain a thorough comprehension of the external market environment – competitive environment, market developments and trends, industry developments and mandates

**Minimum Education Requirement:**
+ Master’s Degree with a min of 8-10 years of banking experience
