The Opportunity

Reporting to Supv, Upsell Optimization Planning, the Upsell Optimization Associate Planner plays an important role in driving company sales through linking of an upsell and cross-sell opportunity. This person would support the placement of upsells to scripted and non-scripted items across multiple merchandise categories within QVC to attain financial goals and optimize the customer experience. This person should have a passion and knowledge of product and strong attention to detail skills. They will need to successfully work with multiple planning teams to align on direction.

Your Impact

Determine the appropriate upsell item types, for both scripted and non-scripted products.Utilizes tools and resources such as Ampersand and a variety of internal reports to identify possible upsells.Adheres to the business rules and expectations related to upsell attachments; PALs and show, inventory levels, broken sku’s, pricing etc.Executes attaching upsells to items to increase attachment rates and drive increased salesSetting of pricing and credit term offers in the Pricing System.Acts as an advocate for upsells and cross sells, striving to increase attachment rates.Builds collaborative relationships with teams in Planning and Planning Support.Analyze show / item performance and recommend/initiate next actions.Monitor and advise on calendar adjustments across all channels based on sales results and trends.

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years related experience preferred - retail planning, merchandising or marketing.Analysis background preferredEducation: High school diploma or equivalency
