The Role
We are seeking a University Recruiter to build our talent attraction strategy, coordinate University recruiting events, identify top university graduates, and interview candidates for our Analytics Development Program (ADP). You will work closely with the ADP and Generation Veeva Leadership team to grow our Veeva Crossix organization. You will represent Veeva as a Generation Veeva Ambassador to connect, target, and build our employer brand across Universities and student organizations. With our goal of growing Veeva and building top performing teams, this role is critical to driving a continuous stream of talented, emerging associates that will be the next generation of Veeva leaders.What You'll DoIdentify opportunities to increase quality hiring and evolve recruitment strategies in an innovative waySource and recruit talented students and recent graduates from target universitiesUse a Sales-like approach to generate leads (new potential candidates) and manage the candidate pipelineInterview candidates to ensure they are a fit for the position and the roleRepresent Veeva as a Generation Veeva Ambassador to build our brand in Universities and promote our Development ProgramDevelop long-term engagement programs with Universities and student organizationsCoordinate and facilitate on-campus recruiting events and other talent attraction initiativesCreate and deliver in-person and virtual presentations/webinars to educate potential candidates on the career opportunities at VeevaCoordinate and maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment processFacilitate follow-through with candidates, ADP, and Generation Veeva LeadershipBuild strong connections with Veeva business leaders and stakeholdersCollect, organize, and analyze data to proactively communicate ideas to improve processes and provide data-driven solutionsSupport the engagement of new grads after they are hired and while they are in the programRequirementsB.S. or B.A. DegreeLocated within commuting distance to New York CityAbility to travel up to 30% of the timeAt least 2 years of university recruiting experience or experience working with graduating or recently graduated university studentsProven success with pipeline generation and sourcingClear and concise written, communication, and presentation SkillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to quickly build relationships and trust with candidates and new hiresPassionate about helping new grads start and grow their career in the right wayAbility to work independently as part of a global teamStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficient in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPointAbility to analyze, interpret, and visualize data insightsExceptional attention to detail and highly organizedCandidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
