As a University Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the early career team, supporting our Intern and New Grad hiring efforts as well as our intern and campus programs. You will focus on full cycle recruiting for technical candidates, campus engagement and events, and supporting our interns through the intern program. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to build upon our early-in-career programs and find the best ways to recruit and support a diverse group of early career candidates.

The impact you will have:

Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates Work 1:1 with interns and intern managers, coaching and supporting through the intern program Partner with business leaders to assist with team matching and allocation Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity Manage intern and campus recruiting partnerships and events

What we look for

A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience Experience with program and/or event management A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool Availability to be in-person 2-3x per week in our Mountain View, CA Office

 

 

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
