The Spring 2025 intern will support the Facility Maintenance & Construction team in launching the Asset Lead Program (ALP). Duties include field verification and validation of Assets and Asset integration into Maximo. Intern will also assist in creation of program process flow charts and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
Field Assessment and Maximo AlignmentVerify HVAC Assets in the field are aligned with Maximo Data. Updating Maximo Data if inconsistencies are present.Ensure Maximo data captures Serial Number, Asset Number, Venue, and Asset ID.Work with Inventory, Planning, and Assets Team to ensure Assets are tagged correctly and linked to the proper Maximo Asset Number.Creating Supporting DocumentsAssist in creating process workflows and presentations outlining process to external stakeholders.Assist in creating dashboards and charts from Maximo Asset Data.Explore efficiencies in current practices.Pay Range: $18-$25/hour
QualificationsQualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Engineering or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ProjectDesired Characteristics:
