Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly UAW represented team that produces manufactured products, organize workflow to meet quality/productivity requirements and follow up with maintenance related tasks Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams Able and willing to work overtime
