Job Overview:
Assist the Nursing Director and the staff nurses by performing specific clerical functions for assigned areas.

Shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday to Friday with every other weekends/holidaysPart TimeEssential Functions:
Ability to perform assigned clerical duties (Conduct environmental rounds, stock supply closet, complete assignment board, answer phones/call bells, print daily census, complete patient rounds, file diagnostic reports)Answers telephone/ intercom in a polite manner and communicates information to appropriate personnel / familyContributes to the unit s overall patient satisfaction score by doing regular rounding, escalation of complaints and providing service recoveryPerforms chart maintenance/chart assembly/chart thinning according to policyPromotes patient flow efforts by actively participating in patient movement and escalating barriers to managementPromotes patient satisfaction through individual activities as evidenced by feedback from patients and familiesTranscribes physician ordersAll other duties as assignedBenefits and Perks:
