The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Unified Communications Clerk to support our government customer located in O'ahu, Hawai'i.  

Provide administrative Support for Unified Communications requirements under NEC Baseline support and for Mission Support 

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Voice service (analog, digital, IP) on Government property on Kwajalein Atoll to connect to any location worldwide.Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) end user telephone device. VoIP Local Session Controller for the installation infrastructure.  Provide moves, additions, changes to user accounts, and network configuration for DISA Enterprise Voice over IP (EVoIP) customers and Enterprise Classified Voice over IP (ECVoIP) customers. Common user telephone switches, remote switches, nodes, and private branch exchanges (PBX). Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High school diploma and minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.      

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Collaboration Concentration Exam (CCNP) preferred.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:  

Must be a U.S. Citizen   Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
