Role Definition

For a confident, personable, and ambitious individual with a good telephone manner to assist the Aurum High Net Worth and Specialist motor team in achieving their growth ambitions.

The core responsibility is to manage the teams administrative requirements with our broking partners and to assist with the day to day functioning of the business in accordance with Company policy to achieve targets, develop the business and deliver an excellent and comprehensive service. 

Key Responsibilities

Proactively develop & maintain relationships with Brokers & other key stakeholders to continually drive improved performance & results for the companyExpected to take accountability and work in a timely & efficient manner to meet Brokers and Clients expectations of high standards of serviceUnderwrite mid-term activity for existing clients & assist Underwriters when necessary, with new business enquiriesReview & resolve accounts queries including age debt managementDocumentation management including issuing to our broking partnersParticipate & undertake applicable professional, technical & career development training (delivered internally & externally) as appropriateCompliance with FCA & all regulatory requirements is essentialAssist with training colleagues of a similar role including systems & processesAssist with planning and delivering system testingEngage in discussions for improvements to our businessInteract with Aurum social media channels
