Uncrewed Systems Logistics-Maintenance Specialist Job Category: Logistics Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI is looking for an experienced Logistics-Maintenance Specialist to join the DTRA DA team to support DTRA’s Contingency Operations (CO) Department by providing direct tactical and operational support to their mission to Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD) by providing field or organizational level maintenance and logistics to small mission focused and sensor arrayed Uncrewed Systems. As required, you must be prepared to support the DTRA client to provide tactical and operational uncrewed systems’ support to their global C-WMD mission with dedicated support to each of the Combatant Commands (CCMDs) and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) that includes CONUS and OCONUS travel. As an Uncrewed Systems Logistics-Maintenance Specialist, you will work along US Department of Defense (DoD) forces and other government agencies to provide mission focused support to detect and identify chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats. This includes being able to work as an individual or a member of a small team across all aspects of air, ground and maritime environments while effectively operating uncrewed systems enabled with WMD sensors. It is critical to be able to support logistical and maintenance focused support across the organic uncrewed systems and associated sensors. It is crucial that you must be able to be adaptable and work constructively with a tactically and technically diverse team. **Responsibilities:** + Frequent travel to sites both CONUS and OCONUS sites. + Ability and willingness to qualify as a Small Uncrewed Air System (sUAS) operator and maintain qualification and currency. + Operate uncrewed systems for test and evaluation across various operational environments. + Perform routine maintenance and parts control for uncrewed systems. + Provide maintenance and logistics training to fielded team operators. + Advise leadership on maintenance and logistics matters such as best practices, budgets, and contracting. + As required, provide maintenance and logistics support for other divisions within the enterprise. + Perform administrative duties such as standardization and training, logs, and records, preparing and reviewing periodic reports. + Ability and willingness to assist with tasks outside of job description. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Active Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance. + 5+ years of experience in conducting field/organization-level maintenance and logistics for small uncrewed systems ISO DoD agencies/Armed Forces or government agencies. + Ability to work independently and as part of small teams. + Ability to travel frequently to support field testing and training, including OCONUS travel. + Consult with the client to define need or problem and conducts studies and surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. + Track record of complex problem-solving aptitude. + Ability to think analytically and independently. + Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in written form. + Willingness to learn new skills. _Desired:_ + Experience with FLIR SkyRaider R80-series sUAS strongly desired. + Experience establishing and running DoD Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) programs. + Graduate of military Advanced/Senior Leader Course or equivalent. + Joint military experience. + Senior/Staff NCO or CWO. + FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification or military equivalent. - ______________________________________________________________________________ **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
