Unarmed Security Officer – Bench/Rover Program

Are you a dedicated security professional looking for a flexible opportunity to be part of a dynamic team? We are seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our Bench Team—a group of highly skilled officers ready to step in when and where they’re needed most.

As a Bench Officer, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining safety and security across various sites while gaining valuable experience in different environments. This is an on-call, as-needed position, perfect for individuals looking for flexibility, career growth, and a pathway to full-time opportunities.

On The Job:

Take on assignments based on operational needs.Opportunities to work in different client environments.Maintain a strong security presence, ensuring the safety of clients, employees, and property.Respond to incidents and follow security protocols with professionalism.Learn new different site requirements and client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED equivalentActive security license (or ability to obtain one)Reliable availability and willingness to accept shifts as neededReliable TransportationDrug screening and Background screening requiredStable Work HistorySecurity, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS.
