Responsibilities: * UI Engineer will develop pixel-perfect, robust, and accessible web user interfaces with a focus on performance and usability * Build customer-facing experiences using up-to-date coding standards and best practices * Integrate and deploy web experiences through CMS or personalization tools * Identify, communicate, and track risks related to design and technical implementation * Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines * As a UI Engineer, you will partner with cross-functional teams to define, estimate, and delegate tasks for project work * Use data-driven insights to consistently improve customer experience, performance, design, and engineering processes * Utilize personalization tools to enhance the customer journey and optimize the overall experience
