Description Robert Half is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join one of our top clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: + Design and create high-quality user interfaces that are visually appealing and enhance the overall user experience + Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive UI designs + Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design solutions to communicate design ideas effectively + Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes + Maintain design consistency across projects by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems + Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights + Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design process Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience) + 3+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role + Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work, including web and mobile applications + Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision + Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies + Experience with responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout techniques + Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and visual storytelling skills + Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions effectively Preferred Qualifications: + Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts to effectively collaborate with developers + Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments + Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices + Understanding of motion design or micro-interactions is a plus + Background in user research, usability testing, or data-driven design What’s in It for You: + Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package + Opportunities to work on exciting projects with industry-leading clients through Robert Half’s extensive network + Professional development, training, and certification support + Flexible work arrangements (depending on the role and client requirements) + A collaborative, inclusive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
