The role will be focused on Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) the foodservice unit of Unilever, operating in 76 countries with a Turnover of about €3 Bn, and having the ambition to achieve €5 Bn by 2030.

UFS provides products like Knorr Professional and Hellmann’s, as well as training and trend reports for foodservice professionals; focuses on meeting today’s needs and preparing chefs for future challenges through a streamlined product portfolio and trend-driven innovations. With a global reach and regional divisions, in Spain you will be a key partner in helping chefs adapt to industry changes, like shifting consumer behavior, staff shortages, and rising costs.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Colaboration  in the creation of the annual plan of the UFS Business  adapted to each operator group, with priority focus on National Accounts on the following Route-To-Markets: leisure, colectivities, restaurant chains and hotels. ​Collaborating with the National Account Managers, design and develop action plans for the channel that include: ​Segmentation and action plan by type of customer/channel ​Definition of assortment  (suitable products and formats, depending on the channel) & preparation and sending of visibility at the start of the season ​Promotional actions & definition of visibility elements​ Be in love with the customer, joining sales meeting and understanding top needs and pain points in order to create full operator activation plan.​Work as a team with the sales and marketing team to define activation plans according to channel and customer needs, suitable for each brand ​Direct contact with agencies, with the need to prepare briefs and provide feedback to ensure the completion of projects ​Define the KPIs of execution of the annual strategic plan and define together with the systems team the reporting of those KPIs and subsequent follow up. ​Monthly data analysis for reporting and action plan, working with Data team to improve data collection.​Identification of deviations and development of corrective actions when necessary Control and responsibility of Marketing budget.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar 5+ years of professional experience in a similar Trade Marketing position in the Away from Home channel. Very valuable experience in the impulse channel.Experience in convenience channel.Advanced level of Spanish and English.High computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).

Person with a high component of leadership and proactivity and initiative.It is essential to have experience in managing projects with sales teams.Proven experience in passion for growth and teamwork.
