Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communication and Collaboration Engineer to support and enhance our communication and collaboration services within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365), Exchange Online, Entra ID, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and mobile device security. As part of this role, you will design, implement, and manage unified communication solutions while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: Unified Communication & Messaging: Exchange Online Management: Oversee and manage Exchange Online, shared mailboxes, and integration with Mimecast to ensure robust email security, compliance, and operational efficiency. DLP Policy Enforcement: Configure, monitor, and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to ensure the protection of sensitive and critical data. Microsoft Teams Administration: Manage Microsoft Teams environments, including chat, meetings, dial pad, VOIP, and integration with Verba for voice recording solutions. Telephony Integration: Support Session Border Controllers (SBC) and voice gateways for seamless telephony integration with unified communication platforms. Voice Recording Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant voice recording policies and industry regulations. Collaboration & Productivity: Document Management: Administer OneDrive and SharePoint environments, optimizing document management, file sharing, and collaboration across teams. Power Platform Solutions: Implement and manage Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI solutions to automate workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive business intelligence across the organization. Identity & Access Management: Manage Microsoft Entra ID and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to govern identity management, access control, and user permissions within Microsoft 365 services. Mobile Device & Endpoint Security: MDM Solutions: Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Intune), ensuring secure management of corporate and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) environments. Mac Device Security: Manage JAMF and implement security policies for Mac devices to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Mobile Security Policies: Develop and enforce mobile security policies to protect sensitive enterprise data across all mobile devices. Operations & Compliance: System Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of unified communication systems. Collaboration with InfoSec & Compliance Teams: Work closely with Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS) and the organization's security standards. Incident Management: Resolve issues related to unified communication tools, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Disaster Recovery: Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring continuity for communication services during critical incidents. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Unified Communication & Collaboration technologies in a corporate or enterprise environment. Strong experience in Microsoft 365 (M365), including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, DLP, and Power Platform. Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, VOIP, voice recording (Verba), SBC, and voice gateway management. Strong expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Intune and JAMF. Proven experience managing Mac devices and implementing BYOD security frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of the BFSI domain and its regulatory environment. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification. Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification. JAMF Certified Administrator (for Mac device management). Experience in a regulated BFSI environment with hands-on knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS. Soft Skills & Leadership: Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to align technical solutions with business needs. Ability to drive collaboration adoption and provide user training to ensure seamless platform utilization across the organization. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis and timely resolution. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
